Kolton Williford has been a resident of Indianapolis for five years. Born and raised in Urbana, Illinois, he graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2015 and has been serving the near Eastside of Indianapolis through his work at Shepherd Community Center ever since. Kolton and his wife Sarah have been married for three years and enjoy spending time in community with friends and family, daily walks with their two dogs, and using their home to show others the love of Christ. Kolton has been passionately serving in residential real estate since 2018 and would love to help you with any needs that you have.

Kim Dollard is a lifetime resident of Franklin Township, graduate of FCHS and a proud Purdue University alumni. Kim and her husband are long time members of The Creek. She and Bill have been married for 25 years and have 2 beautiful daughters. Her family also includes 6 horses and 4 dogs (currently.) While her newfound passion is real estate, Kim’s “other job” is with K-LOVE and Air1 Radio. She recently joined the team at Stamper Reality Group as a realtor, serving central and southern Indiana. Kim is ready and excited to guide you through the journey that leads to your next home. 

Cathie Huber is originally from Terre Haute, IN and graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Safety Management.  She also carried a PHR in Human Resources and has worked in both career fields.  Cathie has resided in central Indiana her entire life and has lived in Franklin Indiana and Indianapolis since 1997. Cathie has worked for large and small companies and shared a successful small business with her husband.  In each of these roles, Cathie enjoyed serving others and ensuring people had all they needed to succeed.  Helping others see their full potential has always been a top priority to Cathie.

Cathie and her husband, Kent, have two children and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, golf, being in nature and practicing/teaching faith based yoga. Cathie is a member of The Creek Church and a volunteer at The Hope Center.  Having recently become a realtor, she is extremely happy to be working with the team at Stamper Realty Group and for the opportunities coming to help others!
